In general, the dust meters at all monitoring stations were experiencing issues due to the higher humidity over the course of the morning (between approximately 0830 and 1100). This resulted in elevated dust readings being recorded.
The elevated readings at monitoring station AM-4 between approximately 0930 and 1030 was due to the load-out of tree debris from shoreline dredging immediately adjacent to the monitoring station. This station is located near the water’s edge. There was no visible dust during this activity.
