Monitoring Program Data View Archives
Environmental monitoring of surface water (turbidity), air (dust and mercury vapor), and noise was conducted in accordance with the CMI work plan during the removal phases of the remediation program. Chemours is committed to sharing monitoring data (turbidity, dust, mercury vapor) collected during remedy implementation with the community. The elevated mercury vapor reading at approximately 1415 was due to personnel activities near the monitoring station (AM-2 located near the site trailer). There were no sediment-related activities ongoing at this time; only demobilization of equipment.

Water work was completed for the season on Friday, December 15, 2017. As such, the turbidity monitoring stations were removed from the water on Monday, December 18, 2017.
